  1. I love the ice cream and agree that it is a very ebullient food. I also agree that pajamas are a very ebullient piece of clothing, especially footsie pajamas! My only questions is about the painting. It has many dark colors and it seems more wistful. There is only a small opening with light colors, so it could also be hopeful. However, I would expect more bright colors for an ebullient picture. Why did you choose this one?

  2. Jack you did an awesome job. Like Suriya said, I especially love the ice cream. And actually, I was wondering about the painting before I read her comment. So I guess I have the same question: how is a painting with such dark colors considered ebullient?

  3. I agree that most of these are perfect, but I actually have a question about the pajamas. While it's true that pajamas are awesome, I usually associate them with happy emotions that are more "quiet" than ebullience, because people are usually sleepy when they're wearing them. I was wondering, what makes pajamas not only happy and bright but also full of energy?

  4. Rose, I agree with all of these except the pajamas. First, I've been to Rio and it definitely is very ebullient-there's a lot to do and it's a great atmosphere. I haven't seen "Happy Feet" but the character's picture definitely makes him seem cheerful and upbeat! Of course ice cream is ebullient, and contrary to what others think I believe the painting is happy. It's a really bright day and beautiful painting; its really cheerful also. Regarding the pajamas, though, I believe pajamas are kind of sad because often you wear them when your tired, just my thought.

  5. I love this Jack! In my opinion they all fit very well. Even though some of the colors along the edges of the last picture may seem dark, I still felt like it still had a light, happy tone. Although it may not have been the best picture for ebullient, I still feel it works. "Happy Feet" and the ice cream were perfect choices too. I think that those pajamas are happy! They make me think of Christmas because when I was little my siblings and I would always wear footy pajamas. I feel like those in some way resemble childhood and youth which is happy. Maybe that's more of just my individual experience though.
