Biggest Logical Fallacy Ever

I just saw this on Facebook. This person clearly doesn't know about logical fallacies.

In case you can't see the picture, it says "James Carville proving everything wrong with the Democratic Party and liberalism in general: "I confess I've never taken an economics course." Obviously this is fallacious because one person can't represent a group...He should've taken our English class.
